Leakage around the “Center shaft” in the Spectra 20, 40, 60 and 100 models :

In case of a leak around the Central Stainless Steel shaft on any of these models, the cause is often arrested by tightening the Lock Nut at the bottom of the machine.

Remove the rollers stones off the machine.
Disconnect the machine from electrical power supply entirely.
Simply loosen the two Side bolts, then, tighten fully the LOCK NUT, and then retighten the two Side bolts, that are shown in the image below.

In case this does not arrest the fault, and the leak is only around the central shaft, then it may need disassembling and assembling back the central shaft and other components, which is a more involved process, and separate instructions are available for that.
