Terms and Conditions
Goods sold cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for any reason. Buyer responsible for all customs duties, taxes, agent fees, clearing charges etc if any as per their countries laws. No international warranty. Warranty is limited to provision of free spares for one year from date of purchase. Lifetime technical support over email and phone is guaranteed. Products must be used as per instructions provided and in manner consistent with normal usage.
We reserve the right to ship the product from any of our warehouse, factory or distribution points. We deliver to major airports and cities only. Remote locations will need you to pickup from the closest major city. All products will be shipped with standard plug which may need to be replaced with one to suit your countries standards.
Goods will be insured for shipping and we will ensure delivery. Seller is not responsible for delays on account of carrier delays or reasons beyond sellers control. As per terms of the carriers, any damage/loss must be noted at time of delivery.
You are required to note any damage to the exterior packaging and accept the goods only upon noting such damage on the Bill of Lading. Any concealed damages to the product must be reported to us within 24 hours of the damage.
You must provide photographs of the damages to both the exterior and interior packaging/product to avail of insurance. You are requested to keep all packaging material intact, in case the insurance company chooses to inspect. Seller will not be responsible for failure to adhere to the above requirements.
